When the excavator is opened for a long time, there will be some minor problems. How do you solve the problem for many small problems? Now, the excavator driving center introduces the replacement of the oil seal of the excavator. It is time-consuming and laborious according to the traditional method. Site and equipment restrictions, unable to quickly replace and repair in the field. In practice, a quick way to find such a seal can improve the work efficiency by 15 to 20 times.
1. Replace the oil seal of the central swivel joint : first unscrew the fixing screw associated with it, then use the hydraulic lathe that can be lifted and lowered to drag the lower gearbox, and rotate it to a certain angle, so that the lower frame car will be lowered. The gearbox is pulled to the side. Then use the oil cut-off to cut off the return pipe. Unscrew the 4 fixing screws on the oil distribution plate. Hang the iron hooks on both sides of the tensioner on the two oil pipe joints on the two sides of the core. Then use the jack to press the vertical drive shaft. When the jack is lifted, the core can be pulled out and the oil seal on the core seal can be replaced. Finally, use the top cover to hold the central swivel joint core, then use the 1.5t jack to push the core back to the original position, and the other parts can be assembled in the reverse order of disassembly. The entire process requires only one person (and can work together) without disassembling any one of the tubing.
2. Replacement of the boom cylinder oil seal : the boom cylinder oil is heavier, and the oil seal replacement can be completed in a short time if it is carried out in the conditional maintenance workshop, but in the field, there is no lifting equipment. It is quite difficult to work alone. The method I have summarized requires only one chain hoist and four wire ropes of various lengths, plus other related tools. First stop the excavator, take the stick to the bottom, lower the arm, and level the bucket to the ground. The steel wire rope is sleeved on the boom, and the short steel wire rope is sleeved on the upper end of the boom cylinder. The two steel wire ropes are hooked by the iron hooks on both ends of the chain hoist, and then the iron chain is tightened. Pull out the pin of the piston rod of the boom cylinder, remove the inlet and outlet pipes, and place the boom cylinder on the platform. Remove the circlip and the snap button on the boom cylinder, insert a rubber strip into the slot, and put a suitable wire rope on the arm arm that is flush with the boom cylinder and the pin hole of the boom cylinder piston rod. Pull the piston rod out by connecting it with the chain hoist and tightening the chain. Replace the oil seals and replace them in the reverse order of removal.
